This campaign, which was made possible by the Florence Fund, a Washington DC–based non-profit organization that funds grass roots media activism, is designed to inform and facilitate the public response in regard to Holnam’s proposed cement kiln just south of the St. Louis metropolitan area. But more importantly, the Stop Holnam campaign encourages citizens to contact their local elected representative.
